Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve crimping processability.SOLUTION: A crimp terminal comprises a terminal connection part 11 electrically connected to an opposite-side terminal and a plate-like electric wire connection part 12 electrically connected to an end of an electric wire 50 mounted on an inner wall surface side by being crimped between a first metal mold 112 and a second metal mold 113. The electric wire connection part 12 has a bottom part 14 where the end of the electric wire 50 is mounted in the crimping, and first and second barrel piece parts 15, 16 which are extended from both ends of the bottom part 14 and wound between a core wire and a coating at a tip of the end of the electric wire 50 by the crimping, at least one of the first barrel piece part 15 and second barrel piece part 16 having at least one linear groove part 18 which serves as an origin of bending in the crimping and is formed over from the core wire side to the coating side of the tip of the end of the electric wire along an axial direction of the end of the electric wire 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
