PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in a power-generating plant or the like, there is a risk of hydrogen explosion or the like because hydrogen is accumulated in a pipe arrangement and a tank, and in a building at a time of an accident; although there is a method for removing hydrogen or the like, a possibility of hydrogen explosion cannot be eliminated.SOLUTION: A pressure transmission device includes a hydrogen occlusion material that occludes hydrogen in an atmosphere and is installed in a stable liquid inside a hydrogen capture container, and thereby the pressure transmission device can capture hydrogen safely at low cost without a power supply.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
