Title:
PRESSURE TRANSMITTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3353214
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To suppress the variation of the zero point of a seal diaphragm and, at the same time, to prevent the breakage of the diaphragm by providing the components of a pressure transmitter by taking the center of gravity of the transmitter into consideration.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensor 122 and first diaphragm 140 are coaxially arranged and, at the same time, a signal processing section 190, which processes signals from the sensor 122, is also arranged coaxially with the sensor 122 and diaphragm 140. As a result, the distance between a first pressure receiving chamber 304 constituted of the diaphragm 140 and the signal processing section 190 can be made the shortest. In addition, since the sensor 122, diaphragm 140, and processing section 190 are arranged on the same axis and the center of gravity of a pressure transmitter lies on the axis, no eccentric force is generated even when the force transmitter is largely vibrated. Therefore, the measurement with the pressure transmitter can be always stabilized and the breakage of the transmitter can be prevented.
