PURPOSE: To prevent an electrical or mechanical trouble of a pump and a motor by providing a flow control switch in a fluid pump housing, stopping a drive motor when no fluid flows into, and releasing outlet pressure when an outlet nozzle valve is closed and outlet pressure comes excessive.
CONSTITUTION: A fluid pump piston 50 is driven by the rotation of the rotating driving shaft 54 of a motor through the cam 51 of a cam shaft 52, thereby introducing fluid into a fluid pump chamber 63 to inject it from a high pressure spray gun through a valve seat 80 and a fluid outlet member 37. If the valve of the high pressure spray gun is closed, a bypass valve 72 is opened, so that a bypass path 71 comes to high pressure, the first and second magnetic pistons 93 are moved away, and a microswitch 98 is opened to stop the motor and recirculate the fluid into the pump chamber 63. If fluid does not flow into a fluid introducing member 36, the first magnetic piston 91 moves to the right to be away from the second magnetic piston 93 and the microswitch 98 is opened to stop the motor. It is thus possible to prevent an accident due to no fluid in a pump or excessive pressure.
