Abstract:
To solve the problem in which, in the case where an individual difference exists in an elastic modulus of an object, when the object is pressurized at a constant pressurization speed by a cylinder, required time in which the pressurizing force to the object reaches a target pressurizing force differs from object to object.SOLUTION: A pressurization device 1 includes: a servo driving type cylinder 2 for pressurizing a workpiece A; a control unit 5 for controlling the cylinder 2, and for allowing the cylinder 2 to execute a measurement operation for pressurizing the workpiece A in order to measure an elastic modulus of the workpiece A and a pressurizing operation for pressurizing the workpiece A to a predetermined target pressurizing force; and elastic modulus measurement units 3, 4 for measuring an elastic modulus of the workpiece A on the basis of the pressurizing force to the workpiece A during the measurement operation. The control unit 5 adjusts the pressurization speed of the cylinder 2 in the pressurizing operation on the basis of the elastic modulus of the workpiece A measured by the elastic modulus measurement units 3, 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
