Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a safety operation and improve equipment protection and reliability by sufficiently preventing a flash occurring around an exhaust gas heat exchanger at a start/stop time and emergency stop time of a plant.
SOLUTION: A generating plant comprises a pressurized fluidized bed boiler 2 generating steam, a steam turbine 8 drive by the steam generated therein, a gas turbine 4 driven by exhaust gas from the pressurized fluidized bed boiler 2, and a water feed system feeding water from a condenser 11 of the steam turbine to the pressurized fluidized bed boiler 2, the water feed system having an exhaust gas heat exchanger 6 heating the feed water, a feedwater heater 14, and a deaerator 17. In the feedwater system are provided substituted water supply system supplying substituted water of the exhaust gas heat exchanger produced in the deaerator 17 to the exhaust gas heat exchanger 6, a pump 24, and a regulating valve 26 controlling flow.
