Abstract:
To provide a pressurization type strain removing device allowing for improving efficiency of work for removing strain, thereby allowing for efficient removal of strain occurring in a workpiece.SOLUTION: A pressurization type strain removing device 1 comprises a portal shape frame 20 straddling the lateral direction LR of a surface plate 10 for placing a workpiece W thereon and movable in the longitudinal direction FB and a hydraulic cylinder 45 generating pressurization force. A main spindle head 40 is suspended from a beam portion 23 of a frame 20 slidably with respect to the beam portion 23, and the hydraulic cylinder 45 is detachably mounted to the main spindle head 40 below the beam portion 23 of the frame 20. The pressurization type strain removing device 1 further comprises an electric control unit 90 having a motor control unit 91 performing numerical control on a first servomotor 31 moving the frame 20 and a second servomotor 71 moving the main spindle head 40 and an operation unit 80 having a motor control unit 82 for operating driving to the first servomotor 31 and the second servomotor 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
