Title:
PRESSURIZING BELLOWS AND ITS MANUFACTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59170511
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled bellows simply at low cost having a superior strength by a method wherein circumferential adjoining edges of a plurality of reinforcing plates are connected by bent flexible thin films and pressurizing chambers communicating to each other are formed between the reinforcing plates. CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic device 10 in a clutch device 7 of a planetary gear mechanism 4 has a ring-like piston 12 in a cylinder 11 and a bellows 13 is arranged in a hollow part 12a of a piston 12. In this case, the bellows 13 is constructed such that ring-shaped reinforcing plates 16, 17, 18 and 19 of high rigidity are arranged with predetermined intervals, while the outer circumferences and the inner circumferences of the adjoining reinforcing plates 16 to 18 are connected by the bent flexible thin films 19 and 20, respectively. With this arrangement, pressurizing chambers 21 are formed between each of the reinforcing plates 16 to 18, and the pressurizing chambers 21 are communicated with each other through communication holes 22 formed in the reinforcing plates 18. Hydraulic oil can be supplied to the pressurizing chambers 21 through fluid passage 15 and mouthpiece 14.
