Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurizing apparatus which pressurizes the inside of a device to be pressurized while increasing pressure step by step and a plurality of stages of pressure regulation (pressure control) can be performed by one control valve.SOLUTION: A pressurizing apparatus 100 includes: a high-pressure gas supply means M1; piping T1 for pressurization in which one end T1a is connected to the high-pressure gas supply means M1; a pressure gauge PG for measuring pressure inside a device 300 to be pressurized; a control valve CV1 provided in the piping T1 for pressurization; and a control device CD which opens/closes a control valve CV1 on the basis of the pressure measured by the pressure gauge PG.
