PURPOSE: To separate easily only such as cut out letters and figures from a cutting sheet for sticking the same to a sheet by providing a pressurizing member movable upward and downward on a head base.

CONSTITUTION: A head base 42 is provided on a carriage movable in XY direction, and desired letters, figures and the like are cut out from a sheet on cutting into sheet base material and adhesive layer of a cutting sheet 46 with a cutter blade 82 attached to the base. Next, an application sheet 94 striped off on releasing agent paper is placed on sheet base material of the cutting sheet 46. A ring (pressurizing member) 90 of the head base 42 is placed on sheet base material of the sheet 94, for giving established pressure to the range along the shape of cut out letters, figures and the like of the cutting sheet 46 to stick strongly sheet base material cut out into letters, figures and the like to adhesive layer of the application sheet 94. The sheet 94 is stripped off from the sheet 46 in this condition for sticking only the same sheet material to the application sheet 94.
