To provide a pressurizing device in which a high quality product or high quality semi-manufactured product can be attained by holding a uniform temperature against treatment material while supplying or discharging and vacuum drawing of pressurized gas in respect to a treatment chamber can be carried out at a high speed.
A lower lid 11 of a pressurized container 2 is provided with a unique suction port 25 and then the suction port is provided with an opening or closing valve 22. A gas passage 27 is formed separately under utilization of a valve shaft 23 arranged in the opening or closing valve 22 and supplying or discharging of the high pressure gas is carried out through the gas passage 27. The gas passage 27 is arranged to be coincided with a center of the container of the pressurized container 2 and then feeding flow of high speed and high pressure is dispersed uniformly.
