Abstract:
PURPOSE:To miniaturize upper and lower molds for pressing a back side plate as a work, and shorten a working time, by forming the back side plate through such process as placing the back side plate as a work on the lower mold to support it by a stopper, and pressing the back side plate as a work by the upper mold. CONSTITUTION:A lower mold 10 provided with a slant surface 10b for setting a slant angle theta of a back side plate as a work 1 to 50 deg. to 70 deg. in a horizontal direction, a curved surface 10a located on the upper end part of the slant surface 10b, and a stopper 10c for positioning, which is attached on the lower part of the slant surface 10b, and an upper mold 11 in the approximately same shape as the lower mold 10 are prepared. Through processes of placing the back side plate as a work 1 on the lower mold 10 to support it by the stopper 10c, and pressing the back side plate as a work 1 by the upper mold 11, the back side plate is formed. It is thus possible to miniaturize the upper and lower molds for pressing the back side plate as the work l, and shorten a working time.
