Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presuming method for earthquake damage generation and a presuming device for earthquake damage generation capable of specifically presuming an existence of a generation of a damage of pipes in a piping network of city gas, city water or the like even if an earthquake of any scale is generated and a generation position of the damage in the case where the damage is generated at a high accuracy.
SOLUTION: The piping network provided at a predetermined area is divided to a plurality of segments. Data regarding a natural vibration of the ground; data regarding rupture strength of the pipes; and data regarding a size of a motion of the earthquake observed when the earthquake is generated at the predetermined area or a size of an external force imparted by the earthquake are memorized in a critical value memory part 100 every at the respective segments. A damage generation presuming part 200 presumes an existence of a generation of a damage of the pipes caused by the earthquake based on the data.
