Abstract:
To provide a pretreatment device for an ion exchange resin which can reduce a water content simply and economically while suppressing contamination caused by an eluted metal.SOLUTION: There is provided a pretreatment device for an ion exchange resin which comprises at least a stock solution tank for storing a non-aqueous solvent, an ion exchange resin vessel storing an ion exchange resin, a moisture removal device for removing moisture in a non-aqueous solvent and an ion removal device storing a cation exchanger an anion exchanger and comprises at least one selected from a circulating liquid feeding pipe in which after circulating a non-aqueous solvent through the ion exchange resin vessel, the moisture removal device and the ion removal device in order from the stock solution tank, the circulated non-aqueous solvent is returned to the stock solution tank, a circulating liquid feeding pipe in which after circulating a non-aqueous solvent through the moisture removal device, the ion removal device and the ion exchange resin vessel in order from the stock solution tank, the circulated non-aqueous solvent is returned to the stock solution tank and a circulating liquid feeding pipe in which after circulating a non-aqueous solvent through the ion removal device, the ion exchange resin vessel and the moisture removal device in order from the stock solution tank, the circulated non-aqueous solvent is returned to the stock solution tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
