When a jam is generated in a large strip processing part 32, it is checked whether a transfer R331 and a transfer L332 are on a bundle take-in part side. Based on the result, when the transfer R331 and the transfer L332 are on the bundle take-in part side, the position information of a slider F moving part 335c and a slider R movement part 336c is read to find out if the moving part 335c and the moving part 336c are at an interference position with the transfer R and the transfer L. Basing on the result, if they are at an interference position, the take-in part is jointly jammed. When they are not in the bundle take-in part or when the moving part 335c and the moving part 336c are not in an interference position with the transfer R and the transfer L, the bundle take-in part is not jointly jammed but initialized.
