Abstract:
To provide a treatment method before use of a filter filled with a cellulosic filter membrane for the purpose of effectively removing β-1,3-glucan.
In the pretreatment method of a filter, which is filled with the cellulosic filter membrane, used in a manufacturing method of medicines or a raw drug, a surfactant-containing liquid is allowed to flow to the filter so as to permeate the filter membrane.
