Abstract:
To provide a noble and improved pretreatment method for a raw material for sintering, capable of improving productivity of a sintered ore, when a sintered ore is manufactured by using an intermediate particle highly containing iron ore.SOLUTION: There is provided a pretreatment method of a raw material for sintering including a process for preparing a main part granulated article by granulating a part of the raw material for sintering as a main part raw material, and a process for preparing a blend raw material by mixing remaining part of the raw material for sintering as a bypass target raw material with the main part granulated article, in which the bypass target raw material contains a bypass target returned ore, and bypass target iron ore containing particle with particle size of 0.25 mm or more and less than 1.0 mm of 70 mass% or more by mass ratio, and mass% of -0.25 mm particle contained in the blend raw material is mass% of -0.25 mm particle contained in total amount of granulated article obtained by granulating all raw material for sintering or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
