Title:
PREVENTING DEVICE FOR SETTLING OF REINFORCED CONCRETE PILE CAST IN SITE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5792217
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To hasten the construction of a reinforced concrete pile without the needs for slime treatment process as well as prevent the settling of the pile by providing a settling preventor in the casting-stopping position of in-site cast reinforced concrete.

CONSTITUTION: The lower end of an irn cage 6 is attached to the iron bars 5 integrally joined with a perforated steel plate 2 and then inserted into a pile pit 1, whereupon slime 7 deposited on the bottom 1a of the pit comes into the lower part of the central hole 2a of the perforated steel plate 2. Then, when an injection pipe 3 is penetrated into the pit and a cement mortar is injected into the slime 7, the slime 7 is pushed by the mortar toward above the perforated steel plate 2 through the central hole 2a. Thus, the slime 7 is replaced by the cement mortar and the cement mortar packed into the central hole 2a.
