PURPOSE: To contrive to shorten the processing time by transmitting a signal, which indicates whether a message is the first transmission information or repeated transmission information, before information transmission of this message to make it unnecessary to discriminate repeated transmission or not.

CONSTITUTION: A pager transmission station 3 transmits information, which is transmitted through a switching network 2, in order of an identification number 5, a transmission classification 6, and a message 7. In case of the first transmission, the signal indicating the first transmission is added to the transmission classification 6 in a paging transmission station and is transmitted. In case of repeated transmission, the same message is transmitted at the second and following transmissions but the transmission classification 6 is changed to the signal indicating repeated transmission then. Thus, the first call information is stored and required items are displayed in the pager side, and repeated call is discriminated without confirming ccntents of the message if the identification number received at the second and following times coincides and the signal indicating repeated call is received in case of repeated transmission, and duplicate write to a memory is inhibited.
