PURPOSE: To detect falsity securely by the use of the latent image of an original image even if a record is falsified, by a method in which a colored image is formed by applying a developer liquid to the microcapsule layer of a transfer sheet after the image is recorded on a pressure sensitive copy sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensitive copy sheet 1 is made by combining a transfer sheet 2 and a receiving sheet 7. In the transfer sheet 2, microcapsule layers 4 and 5 with coloring agents of different color hues inside are disposed on the rear surface and front surface, respectively, of a support 3. In the receiving sheet 7, on the other hand, a developer layer 9 is disposed on the surface of a support 8. When an image 11 is written on the surface of the transfer sheet 12 by a writing implement 10, etc., the one microcapsule layer 4 is destroyed by pressure exerted by the writing implement, and its coloring agent is transferred to the developer layer 9, so that a copy 12 is made. At the same time, the coloring agent B let out of the other microcapsule layer 5 is not transferred but remains in the form of a latent image 6. Therefore, even if the image 11 is falsified, falsity can be detected by the use of the latent image 6.
