Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the mechanical and electrical destruction of a board if it is inserted into a slot other than specified in an apparatus or a system.
CONSTITUTION: An upper notch 23 is formed on one edge of a printed board 21 to be inserted into an enclosure, and a lower notch 24 is formed on the other edge. These notches are so formed that the length of the board insertion groove in the enclosure will be almost equal to that of the edge of the printed board to be inserted into the groove.
