Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a sash window from abruptly being opened or closed when opening or closing the window.
CONSTITUTION: The rotary shaft is made of a supporting shaft 71 for window frame which does not rotate against the sash frame 40 and provided with the supporting shaft 71 for the window frame and rotors 72, 73 fitted loose and rotatable to this supporting shaft 71. The rotors 72, 73 are fixed to the window frame 60 so as to rotate together with the movement of the window frame 60. Two circumferential faces of both stationary first face 71A and stationary second face 74A are provided at the supporting shaft of the window frame 71. The first rotary face 72A opposite to the first stationary face 71A and the second rotary face 73A opposite to the second stationary face 74A are provided respectively in the rotors 72, 73. The first spring 75 controlling the rotation is wound up on the first stationary face 71A and the first rotary face 72A. The second spring 76 controlling the rotation having the same winding direction with the first spring 75 is wound up on the second stationary face 74A and the second rotary face 73A.
