Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of the slot insulator by covering the edge section of the bottom of a slit with a coil guide plate, in which a curve is formed where a wound coil contacts, when the wound coil is inserted into the slit. CONSTITUTION:The coil guide plate 5 is separated previously from a blade (c), the wound coil is fitted to the blade (c), and the guide plate 5 is positioned on the same horizontal surface as the upper end surface b' of a blade guide lever (b). When the stator A in which the slot insulator is inserted previously into the slit, is inserted from the upper section of the blade (c), the inner circumference of the slit of the stator A is matched with the concave notch section of the guide plate 5. When a pusher (e) is pulled up and the wound coil inserted beforehand into the clearance of the blade (c) is gradually drawn up, a part of the wound coil is guided to the concave notch section with the edge, in which the curve is formed, of the guide plate 5 and smoothly enters the slit, and the slot insulator is not damaged at all.
