PURPOSE: The agent effective for preventing and remedying infectious diseases with Pseudomonas aeruginosa, containing a human type monoclonal antibody against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
CONSTITUTION: The titled agent containing a human type monoclonal antibody against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, produced by a cell strain capable of being subjected to subculture prepared by transforming a cell producing the human type monoclonal antibody against Pseudomonas aeruginosa with Epstein Barr Virus. Since Pseudomonas aeruginosa originally has relative resistance to antibiotics, chemotherapy has limitation and infectious diseases with Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an intractable infectious disease occurring in reduction or deficiency of infection protecting mechanism. The monoclonal antibody has low toxicity and improved preventing and remedying effects on infectious diseases with Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
