Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge discount system capable of setting discount on each charge for power consumption by predetermined apparatuses.SOLUTION: The charge discount system includes: a gas flow meter 100 having a communication function and a measurement function to measure the power consumption of gas by the respective gas fan heaters 71, which is installed in the respective homes; an information processor managed by a gas provider 15 for registering a piece of apparatus identification information for identifying the gas fan heater 71 and a piece of apparatus ID information. Receiving an input on power consumption by the gas fan heater 71 from the gas flow meter 100, the information processor determines whether the apparatus ID information of the gas fan heater is registered. When the apparatus ID information is found, the information processor performs a predetermined discount processing and charges on the power consumption made by the gas fan heater.
