Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition safety device capable of: realizing a small size and a light weight; and holding the state of actuating reliably over a long term of several years.SOLUTION: An ignition safety device comprises: an igniting explosive device 200; an ignited explosive device 300 arranged to oppose the igniting explosive device 200 through an explosion transmitting passage; a piston 400 made movable between a position for closing the explosion transmitting passage and a position for opening the explosion transmitting passage; and a piston driving explosive device 500 caused to move the piston 400 from the position, at which the explosion transmitting passage is closed, to the position, at which the explosion transmitting passage is opened using gas pressure generated in ignition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
