To provide a prime mover capable of letting an object float and move in an arbitrary direction by utilizing a Tesla coil and a device for generating centrifugal force and being mounted on the object to be floated.

The Tesla coil and the device for generating centrifugal force are mutually combined to constitute the prime mover for floating and moving the object. A plurality of other magnets are rotated along a magnet attached to a ringlike housing by floating them by utilizing technology for a linear motor car to discharge for the magnet in the opposite direction to the direction for moving by utilizing the Tesla coil and prevent generation of centrifugal force. The centrifugal force generated in the direction for moving is utilized as force for moving the prime mover.
