Title:
PRIME MOVER WHOSE ROTARY SHAFT CONNECTED TO ROTOR IS TURNED INTEGRALLY WITH ROTOR TURNED BY USING ELECTROSTATIC FORCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001238430
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a prime mover, whose rotary shaft connected to a rotor is turned integrally with the rotor turned by using large electrostatic forces generated between a plurality of electrostatically charged elements.

An inside of a vessel is made to be dust-free and dried to reduce the probability of collisions of electrons against atoms and molecules in the vessel. When charged elements (point charges) are placed at positions of three apices of a triangle, electrostatic forces generated between the charged elements (point charges) have large kinetic energies and specific vectors. If charges are supplied to two different charged elements (point charges), formed on a stator and to a surface of a rotor covered with a high resistance insulation by an emission from an electron gun or a corona discharge or by the combination of the emission from the electron gun and the corona discharge, the rotor is turned by the electrostatic forces, which are produced between the apices of the triangle composed of the two different charged elements (point charges) and an imaginary point charge formed on the rear surface of the rotor and have specific vectors, and a rotary shaft connected to the rotor is turned.
