PURPOSE: To provide the titled composition containing a terpene resin having a specific softening point, a petroleum resin and a rubber at specific ratios as resin components, having excellent effect to prevent the peeling of traffic paint and capable of keeping the traffic display over a long period.

CONSTITUTION: The objective composition can be produced by dissolving a resin component composed of (A) 100pts.(wt.) of a terpene resin having a softening point of ≤30°C (preferably having an acid value of ≤0.5 and an ash content of ≤0.1), (B) 50W200pts. of an aliphatic petroleum resin having a softening point of 60W100°C (preferably having a specific gravity of about 0.98 and an acid value of ≤0.1) and (C) 5W20pts. of a rubber (preferably crepe of raw natural rubber) in an organic solvent (preferably toluene).
