Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel primer reagent for simply detecting a plurality of ALK fusion gene variants using one reaction system by gene amplification.SOLUTION: The invention provides a primer reagent of ALK fusion genes comprising a forward primer group and reverse primer group consisting of oligonucleotides: a forward primer consisting of oligonucleotides of (F_V1/6), a forward primer consisting of oligonucleotides of (F_V2), a forward primer consisting of oligonucleotides of (F_V 3a), a forward primer consisting of oligonucleotides of (F_V 3b), a reverse primer consisting of oligonucleotides of (R_V/multi), and a reverse primer consisting of oligonucleotides of (R_V6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
