Abstract:
To provide a method for quickly and specifically detecting Listeria monocytogenes in environmental and food tests.
The LAMP primer set for the detection of Listeria monocytogenes is a set of (i) a plurality of primers consisting of base sequences FIP, BIP, F3 and B3 composed of a plurality of specific sequences and enabling the annealing to a specific region of hlyA gene, actA gene and iap gene of Listeria monocytogenes or (ii) a combination of the primer sets (i). The invention further provides a method for detecting Listeria monocytogenes by using the primer set.
