This print / information form is characterized by having whiteness of ≥70%, an ethanol-soluble organic halogen content (EOX) of ≤35 ppm in the paper, and a total halogen content (TX) of ≤280 ppm in the paper. The print / information form is characterized by containing waste paper subjected to an ozone bleaching treatment and/or a hydrogen peroxide bleaching treatment. And the print / information form is characterized by comprising virgin pulp, and having whiteness of ≥83%, an ethanol-soluble organic halogen content (EOX) of ≤35 ppm in the paper, and a total halogen content (TX) of ≤280 ppm in the paper.
