Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the startubility of a prime mover by smoothly starting the prime mover in a short time without particularly turning a governor lever in starting the prime mover.
SOLUTION: Characteristic lines 22, 23, etc., are left as prepared in a calculation map of a start position θs, when an engine is stopped, the start position θs of a governor lever corresponding to a rotational speed Nr is calculated. For instance, in a cold district or the like, by previously selecting the characteristic line 22, when a command value is set to that the rotational speed Nr is a warm up rotational speed Nw in a command device when the engine is stopped, the start position θs of the governor lever for use at engine start time in the next time can be calculated as a warm up position θw. In a district of high air temperature or the like, by previously setting the characteristic line 23, when a command value is set so that the rotational speed Nr obtains an idle speed Nib in the command device when the engine is stopped, the start position θs of the governor lever can be calculated as an idle position θib for at the next starting time of the engine.
