Title:
PRINTING PAPER BRAKE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016069192
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which printing paper at high speed is braked stably and completely in a very short time while being precisely positioned before the printing paper is subjected to a next process in accordance with a regulation.SOLUTION: In a method, by which a device that brakes and positions printing paper is operated in a processing machine equipped with means which applies braking force action to printing paper 105 along a feeding direction of the printing paper and achieves positioning of the printing paper in association with an operating process of a subsequent processing station, first means for braking force induction pulse generated by air pressure acting on the printing paper is operated; second means for providing braking force generating friction force that acts on the printing paper is operated; intermittent or equal or vibrational braking force is generated against the printing paper by the first means and/or the second means; a control unit that controls braking force is operated by a changeable control profile which is generated from an operation parameter requested to respond and/or a stored control profile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
