To provide a print system in which a print medium, e.g. a false nail, can be printed easily as desired by using an ink jet printer.

In the print system 201, a large number of kinds of boxes 212 each containing a false nail material base 243 attached with a false nail material 211 are prepared in each false nail print shop 204. When a client selects a desired containing box 212 and desired false nail print data, a false nail material base 243 taken out from the containing box is fixed, as it is, to the carrying face 74 of a medium carrying tray 7 in the ink jet printer 1 while being positioned in place. When the medium carrying tray 7 is carried, each false nail material 211 attached to a false nail material base 243 carried thereon is printed. Following to print operation, print face of each false nail material 211 is dried and applied with a top coat for protection, thus producing a false nail.
