Abstract:
To solve the problem in a conventional print system that images stored in a memory card or the like cannot be stored without a separate high-capacity storage device.
In this print system comprising a server and a printer which mutually communicate through a network, the printer includes a card reading part for reading, when a memory card is installed, images stored in the memory card; a printing part for printing the images on a medium; and an image transfer part for transferring the read images from the card reading part to the server. The server includes an image storage part for storing the images transferred from the image transfer part.
