To solve the problem that applications on a personal computer carry out individual printing jobs on a conventional print system and a job on an another personal computer, etc., frequently initiate an interruption between the individual jobs to obtain a printed matter as a single job.

Print data are sent from the personal computer to a printer together with added temporary stored information to be stored in a memory of the printer as header information and ID information for identifying the sending personal computer and all-print information for the corresponding print data is added as footer information to the final print data. The printer stores the data according to the header information and prints them according to the header information.
