Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow to carry out a processing at a high accuracy and a high efficiency, while preventing the breaking of a drill.
SOLUTION: The pressure of a compressed air is set in two ways by pressure reducing valves 23 and 33 beforehand. And a solenoid valve 30 is converted according to the area of the front end of a projection T selected according to the diameter of a drill 16, and a compressed air with the pressure according to the projection T is feed to a cylinder 13. As a result, even when the actual area of the tip of the projection T is small, no pressure ruin by the projection T is generated to an upper plate 12a. Consequently, even though another hole is processed near the processed hole, the new hole receives no influence of the processed hole, and the drill 16 generates no breaking.
