Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic separator in which various kinds of electronic parts are separated and recovered without breaking the original shape of the printed board to be disassembled and the disassembled materials are aligned so that every base material can easily be separated. SOLUTION: This automatic separator is provided with a rotor having a projection, a driving motor for rotating the rotor, a cylindrical case for surrounding the rotor and a cap disposed on the side of the cylindrical case. Various kinds of electronic parts separated from the printed board are made to fall naturally by inclining the cylindrical case. Iron, aluminum or the like of every base material is discharged from the cylindrical case onto a screen by repeating several times the action to rotate the rotor by a several-degree revolutions and stop its rotation and recovered easily by using a hanging magnetic force sorter and an eddy current generating device so that the disassembled materials are accumulated on the screen.
