Title:
PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD WORKING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011230270
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To enhance working accuracy and productivity by reducing hole bending occurring during drilling of a printed circuit board by a drill.

The printed circuit board working machine includes: a fixed table 15 in which a spindle 5 for holding the drill 7 is installed in a direction orthogonal to the moving drill; a moving table 14 movable in a direction orthogonal to the fixed table 15 while holding the printed circuit board; a pressure foot 12 for pressing the vicinity of drilling positions of the printed circuit board to energize the printed circuit board to the fixed table side; and a vibrator 16 for applying axial vibration of the drill to the fixed table. The printed circuit board is pressed to the fixed table side by the pressure foot 12, and vibration is given to the printed circuit board by the vibrator 16. Thus, since the pressure foot and the vibrator are provided to different members, the printed circuit board is drilled without causing any positional shift.
