Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate a stable high-accuracy capacitor having an electric field shielding property and a high brackdown voltage in a printed-coil transformer by putting third and fourth coil patterns having the same shape between first and second coil patterns.
SOLUTION: Secondary coils S1 and S2 are respectively formed on the front and rear surfaces of a first base material layer and secondary coils S3 and S4 are respectively formed on the front and rear surfaces of a second base material layer. Then primary coils P1 and P2 are respectively formed on the front and rear surfaces of a fourth base material layer and primary coils P3 and P4 are respectively formed on the front and rear surfaces of a fifth base material layer. In addition, a secondary-side slit pattern SLs and a primary-side slit pattern SLp are respectively formed on the secondary coil- and primary coil-side surfaces of a third base material. Each slit pattern is a kind of coil pattern and the pattern is divided into parts by a single or a plurality of slits.
