To provide printed matter for advertisement, which eliminates troublesomeness of creation, which saves much labor, and which facilitates the use of an envelope.
In this printed matter for advertisement, wherein the envelope, an application form and advertisement are provided on a piece of paper, one side of the printed matter is folded so as to be equal to the dimension of the width of the envelope, so that upper and lower parts can be bonded together by means of an adhesive and brought into a state wherein three sides are closed, and the other side is opened. A sealing part is provided on a part positioned on the front side of the envelope, and the backside of the sealing part is coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive. A release agent is applied to the backside of an other-side piece part, on the other side of one side of the printed matter for advertisement; a part, which is coated with the release agent, and a part of the pressure sensitive adhesive, which is applied to the backside of the sealing part, overlap each other so as to be stuck. A cutoff line is provided on a lateral side part on the side, adhering to the envelope, of the sealing part; a cut-off line is also provided in the same overlapping position on the other lateral piece part in such a manner as to correspond to the cut-off line of the sealing part; and the application form is printed on the printed matter for advertisement.
