Abstract:
To provide a printed matter having a surface glossiness of 70% or more even by not using a press coating method like a prior art even in the printed matter having an overcoating layer formed of an aqueous coating agent on a print layer.
The printed matter comprises the print layer made of an oily ink provided on a surface of a paper base material, and overcoating layer made of the aqueous coating agent having 30 sec or less (measured by #4) by a Zahn cup measuring method formed on this print layer.
