The printed matter holder is composed of an attachment frame that supports the printed matter, a base platform on which a post is installed, and the post installed on a base platform with its height adjusted so as to be freely extendable. The attachment frame is provided with thin lines stretched over a frame body at appropriate intervals, a locking member that locks the edge of a newspaper on one side of the frame body, a support rod for holding the newspaper on the other edge in a detachable manner, and a hanging rod on other side in a protruding manner. The base platform is provided with a pin at the approximately center part of the edge of a base plate in a standing manner. The post connects an upper pipe with a lower pipe in an engaged manner with its length adjustable and a mounting hole for inserting the hanging rod is provided at the upper part of the upper pipe. The personal computer holder is composed of a case holding body that holds an end part on the operation unit side of a personal computer and a locking ring that locks an end part on the display unit side.
