PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter inspection device in which a conveyance form of a sheet by an additional inversion roll and the like is unnecessary even in a printing system having a front surface printing or a rear surface printing particularly such as a gravure printing and a flexographic printing, and a time-consuming complicated operation is unnecessary so that an operation efficiency is enhanced and capable of reducing a production cost to a large extent.SOLUTION: Imaging means 2 is supported rotationally movable in a direction orthogonal to a conveying direction of a sheet-like printed matter F and with an axis A1 in parallel to the sheet-like printed matter F as a center. With this rotation, the imaging means 2 is constituted to be switchable in position to a predetermined position L1 which is one surface side and the predetermined position L2 which is the other surface side from among both surface sides of the sheet-like printed matter F to be conveyed. More in particular, a rotation frame 50 is unit-constituted of imaging means 2, illumination means 3, and a support roller 4, and these elements are integrally rotated with the rotation frame 50 and switched in position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
