The cover 12 of a printed matter 10 comprises a front cover 20 and a back cover 22, in this printed matter with a flap. The flap 18 of the back cover 22 protrudes from the edge of the printed matter 10. The flap 18 is formed with a perforation 24 on a folding edge for easy folding and opening. The perforation 24 is formed apart from the edge of a main body. The printed matter 10 having relatively many pages such as a catalogue is easily sealed just by folding the flap 18 once by attaching the flap 18 to the front cover 20 utilizing margins 26, 26 formed between the edge and the perforation 24.
