A printed surface spectrometry method in a color printed matter printed using a plurality of inks including black ink comprises: checking existence of a black ink component from reflectance in an infrared wavelength region; setting the reflectance of the black ink component as the reference spectral value thereof; and calculating a reflectance on the basis of the black ink in a reflectance appearing in a wavelength region of visible light to specify an intrinsic reflectance of each ink or exclude a region including the black ink.
