PURPOSE: To enable a user to freely compose intended printing environment by rewriting printing environment setting information by printing jobs received from a host computer or limiting the rewriting to the contrary.
CONSTITUTION: When a CPU 2001 judges that printing jobs are nested, adjacent inside printing jobs take over printing environment setting information set for an outside printing job.
