CONSTITUTION: A speech information input means 1 for inputting speech information, a speech recognition means 2 for recognizing the speech information from this speech information input means 1 and converting it into character information, a document preparing means 3 for preparing document information with punctuation marks and others added thereto on the basis of the character information from the speech recognition means 2, a print data preparing means 4 for editing the document information from the document preparing means 3 and preparing print data on the basis of printing conditions set beforehand, and a printing means 5 for printing the print data from the print data preparing means 4 on printing paper, are provided.
