PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable processing corresponding to a configuration provided with a plurality of reception sections to be executed.SOLUTION: A printing control section 201 of a printer 11 executes interruption processing interrupting control of the printing section 21 based on data stored in a first reception buffer 24, switches a processing object to a second reception buffer 26 and performs control of the printing section 21 based on data stored in the second reception buffer 26 when predetermined conditions are established, in the case where the data are stored in the second reception buffer 26 during execution of control of the printing section 21 based on the data stored in the first reception buffer 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
